Furniture items are often unique and may vary slightly from the images shown.
2.2. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the Website are in Pakistani Rupee(PKR) and exclude all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise noted.
2.3. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Order Acceptance: Your order confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
3.2. Payment: We accept various forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping Policy: We will ship products to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Siaka Furnitures is not liable for any delays in shipping.
4.2. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Siaka Furnitures passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4.3. Inspection: You must inspect all items immediately upon delivery and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Failure to note damages may affect your ability to claim a refund or replacement.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
5.1. Return Eligibility and Claim Period: Returns or exchanges must be claimed within four (4) days of your product receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new/original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
5.2. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that all products involving customization in design, color, or specific parts are considered final sale and are not returnable or refundable in any case. Returns and refunds are only applicable to ready stock items in our standard color range.
5.3. Return Documentation: All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of computer-generated invoice, receipt, or reference number. Failure to provide this documentation may result in the refusal of the return.
5.4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the payment will be refunded to your original method of payment within fifteen (15) days of the approval date.
5.5. Product Warranty: Siaka Furnitures warrants to you, the original purchaser, a 1-year Standard warranty period on all products. We guarantee that the product and all of its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. “Defects,” as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfections that impair the intended use of the product.
5.5.1. Warranty Limitations (Voidance): This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is null and void if the defects arise from abuse or misuse of the product. Specifically:
The products are not intended for outdoor use.
The product must not be used for standing upon nor must it support excessive weight beyond its design specifications.
Any damage to components due to abuse or misuse will invalidate the warranty.
6. User Accounts and Security
6.1. Account Information: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Siaka Furnitures, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
