Terms and Conditions for Siaka Furnitures
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Siaka Furnitures (www.siakafurniture.com) and your purchase of products. By proceeding, you agree to these Terms.
I. General Conditions and Website Use
- Acceptance: You must be at least the age of majority in your area to use the Website.
- Changes: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use confirms your acceptance of any changes.
II. Products and Pricing
- Product Accuracy: We strive for accurate descriptions and images, but do not guarantee that product details, colors, or information are error-free. Furniture may vary slightly from images.
- Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), subject to change, and do not include taxes or shipping unless explicitly stated.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we can discontinue any product at any time.
III. Orders, Shipping, and Risk
- Order Acceptance: An electronic confirmation does not signify final acceptance. We can decline any order for any reason, but will refund any billed amount if canceled.
- Payment: You are required to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Inspection: You must inspect items immediately upon delivery and note any damages on the carrier’s receipt to facilitate a refund or replacement claim.
IV. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy
- Return Claim Period: Returns or exchanges must be claimed within four (4) days of receiving your product.
- Eligibility: Items must be in new/original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable): All customized products (in design, color, or specific parts) are final sale and are not refundable or returnable.
- Required Documentation: Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of computer-generated invoice, receipt, or reference number.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within fifteen (15) days of the approval date.
- Product Warranty: We offer a 1-year Standard warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
- Warranty Voidance: The warranty is null and void if defects result from abuse or misuse, including, but not limited to, outdoor use, standing on the product, or exceeding its design weight limits.
V. Liability and Governing Law
- Limitation of Liability: Siaka Furnitures and its related parties are not liable for any incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data) arising from the use of our service or products.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
